Meet Dave and Donna Arnold! Owners, operators, and chefs of Arnold’s Happy Days food truck. With a passion for culinary arts (food :D ) plus over 50 years (between the two of us) of experience in food service, catering, and hospitality management, owning a food truck has been a dream turned reality. In 2014, we put on our gloves and aprons to make that dream come true and began rolling in our new (to us) food truck!

Growing up, and to this day, food has always represented love, passion, and comfort; it is our family way. Family and friend always knew a visit to our home meant an invitation to share a delicious meal cooked straight from the heart of our home, the kitchen! Cooking is our simple, but powerful way to fill the hearts and stomachs of family, friends, and now you, the customers! So we invite you to visit our kitchen on wheels while we do our best to make your day a HAPPY day, the good old fashion way … with a smile!
